Return & Cancellation Policy

Transparent guidelines to ensure a seamless experience at Meraki Spa, Raipur.

Welcome to Meraki Spa. We value your time and the dedication of our therapists. While we understand that plans can change, we have established the following policies to ensure fairness to all our guests and staff.

1. Spa Service Cancellation

24+ Hours Advance Notice No charges apply. You are eligible for a 100% refund or free rescheduling.
4 to 24 Hours Notice A 50% cancellation fee will be deducted from the booking amount.
Less than 4 Hours / No-Show If you cancel last minute or fail to arrive, 100% of the service fee will be charged. No refunds will be issued.

2. Product Return & Replacement

Due to hygiene standards, skin care products and oils cannot be returned if the seal is broken or the product has been opened.

Eligible for Replacement If:

Product is physically damaged/leaking.
Incorrect item delivered.
Product has expired.

How to Request:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue.
